The industrial IoT system consists of several devices, web platform and a mobile application. The main device is a sensor, which is responsible for measurement of coolant concentration and temperature. Thanks to secure connection to web or mobile application, the coolant stays 24/7 under monitoring.
Our contribution: modeling and prototyping of case and hydraulic system, firmware development for PCB, data acquisition and research, development of testing equipment and environment, evaluation of system components, establishment of manufacturing process.
In case some coolant property is not in limits anymore, the system sends a notification. Other device mixes water and concentrate in a correct proportion. The third one measures the level of coolant and foam inside the machine tank and keeps the correct amount of liquid.
